How long has iheartcharlie been around?

The label was launched in 2009 , but Libby has been creating her Journal covers for over 20 years.

Who makes the products?

Libby designs and makes all of the products herself. Occasionally she collaborates with her sister Cath, you may occasionally find one of these products in this store under the name KitKat for iheartcharlie

How soon will my order be shipped?

Your item will be shipped within a 1-2work days of payment being received

How are my items shipped?

All items are shipped by Australia Post. Within Australia they are shipped by regular postal services, unless otherwise stated in the listing. International orders are shipped by airmail. Due to recent changes with Australia Post Charges if you purchase 2 or more items that have a combined shipping weight of more 500 grams or more items will be shipped separately. Shippping overcharges of more than $2 will be refunded.

How can I pay for my purchase?

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase; items will not be shipped until full payment has been received. Payments can be made using Visa Card or Mastercard or your Bank account at Checkout via paypal.

You do not need a paypal account to purchase via paypal with a credit card. If you wish to use your bank account you will need a paypal account.

iheartcharlie products can be found in my etsy and madeit stores and at Montage Pop Up shops in Western Australia

Can I lay by my purchase ?

layby is available for a short term of 4 weeks. A non-refundable minimum deposit of 20% is required, then payments on a fortnightly basis. Please contact me to arrange this.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Great care is taken with the creation of all items in this store. They are thoroughly checked prior to shipping to ensure no faults are present. However if you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase you may return your item. Refunds can only be processed on items returned in their original condition and are only for the original purchase price (shipping not included). Requests for returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of the item. Shipping for the return is to be paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Is gift wrapping available?

It certainly is, and it’s free. Please contact me immediately after purchase if you require this option
